Located in Meguro, Tokyo, WE ARE THE FARM Meguro is a dedicated organic restaurant that offers vegetables delivered fresh daily from its own farm in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. These vegetables are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and come from heirloom (non-hybrid) seeds.

What makes this restaurant special is, above all, the freshness of the vegetables, delivered directly from the farm. Grown naturally in open fields without chemicals, the vegetables reflect the distinct character of each season and allow you to truly experience the “real taste of the season.”

Guided by the philosophies of Shindofuji (living in harmony with the land) and Ichibutsu Zentai (consuming the whole food), the restaurant values ingredients that are suited to the local climate and makes use of the whole food without waste.
